PEP0101.

PEP0101 is a nanocomplex of an siRNA in an ELP drug carrier that targets the EVI1 oncogene. EVI1 is a gene highly expressed in breast, prostate, lung, ovarian, skin, and colon cancer cells. PEP0101 triggers the death of cancer cells by silencing EVI1 to reactivate apoptosis. Healthy normal cells that do not express EVI1 are spared. PeptiMed has demonstrated that introducing siRNA to cultures of ovarian tumor cells decreases the number of viable cancer ells. PeptiMed confirmed That PEP0101 eliminated ovarian tumors in a dose-dependent fashion in mouse tumor models.

PEP0202.

PEP0202 is a nanocomplex of an immuno-stimulating dsRNA that is an agonist of TLR3 that activates intratumoral dendritic cells when delivered by an ELP carrier into these of antigen-presenting cells within tumors. PEP0202 is designed to remain in endosomes of dendritic cells that harbor the TLR3 molecule. These activated dendritic cells secrete interferons and cytokines to recruit T lymphocytes to the tumors and neighboring lymph nodes. PEP0202 eliminated ovarian tumors in a dose-dependent fashion in mouse tumor models.
