Are your products safe?
All our products are manufactured in a facility that follows cGMP Quality Control Standards to ensure their safety and efficacy. Our products are tested by US 3rd-party ISO-certified testing facilities for purity and potency.
Do I need a prescription to purchase peptides from Peptimed?
Products sold by PeptiMed do not require a prescription and are intended for Professional Applications Only. All of our products are manufactured in facility that meets cGMP Standards.
What methods should be used to administer Peptides?
While peptides have a variety of applications in various fields, unfortunately, we are not able to provide any guidance on their intended research application. Our partners at My Medical Training are better suited to providing resources on peptides.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and are shelf-stable for:
- 6-12 months when stored at 72F or less
- 5 years or greater when stored below -20F.
Once lyophilized products are reconstituted, they should remain refrigeration between 35F and 43F to slow the degradation process. Specific storage instructions may vary per product.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. Processing times vary from 1–5 business days based on volume and labeling.
We ship all packages via FedEx. P.O. Box orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Unexpected weather/carrier delays may impact timing; delivery times are not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but not all international locations are guaranteed. Please contact support@peptimed.com before ordering to confirm we ship to your destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credits, bank wire transfers, and ACH payments. Note: Fees may apply depending on payment method, and ACH payments can take 3 business days to clear.
