RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the temperature-sensitive and fragile nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Cancellations are accepted but must be requested before your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order. For immediate assistance with any questions, to request a cancellation, or in the event your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us at support@peptimed.com.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Any international orders placed are done so at the buyer’s sole risk. PeptiMed does not assume responsibility or accept claims for any issues related to international orders including, but not limited to, seizures by customs, shipment delays, lost packages, and other transit issues.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@peptimed.com.
